Family class! Kids and parents can enjoy a brilliant fitness class, while they are having fun. The class consists of strength, flexibility, mobility and cardio exercises. The class is suitable for all levels. All family is very welcome!!! Every child must be registered Free of charge for parents
Camp notes
Each child must be registered individually (if a parent has 2–3 children, each child needs their own registration). Parents participate free of charge. This is a fun class where children and parents can train and enjoy exercising together.
If a parent is not able to attend, that is absolutely fine ,children are still very welcome to take part on their own. We have had situations before where parents couldn’t come, and children still joined in happily. Teachers will always be there to support them and make sure they feel comfortable, included, and have a great time.
You need to wear sporty clothes and have the hair tied up.
Make sure you bring enough water with you
If it's a nice weather we practice outside, so please make sure you have properly shoes
Please note: there is also an earlier Outdoor Camp from 10:00–11:30 AM. If you are looking for a longer day experience, you can register your child for both camps so they can attend the full session from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
