TERMS AND CONDITIONS        

CHILDREN CODE OF CONDUCT

Ø KIDS should listen and respect the decision of the coaches.

Ø KIDS should arrive a five minutes before the start of training. It is crucial to be there for the warm up to prevent injuries. Children should be accompanied by their parents when they join the club to complete the registration form and pay the fee. Kids are not allowed to take part in the class if they are not registered by a parent or guardian.

Ø No rough or dangerous play ,bullying or inappropriate behavior.

Ø CHILDREN must wear sporthy clothes (no skirts ,no jeans or any unsuitable clothing).

Ø Use of the equipment is strictly forbidden without the proper supervision of a coach.

Ø Any skill which is unfamiliar to a person cannot be performed.

Ø No dress shoes,boots,or dirty runners allowed on the gym floor.

Ø No jewellery allowed (long earrings,bracelets,rings,watches).

Ø No shouting ,swearing or rude language.

Ø Long hair must be tied back.

Ø No gum, sweets,food or drink (open cups) allowed in the hall area;except a bottle of water.

Ø CHILDREN are not allowed on the equipment without the consent or supervision of their coach.

Ø Please have your child checked by their GP to be sure that your child is allowed to perform sport activities.

Ø Mona Fit Kid Club has an Allergy Alert in effect.No nut produscts allowed in our gyms.

PARENTS:

Ø Parents are not allowed inside the hall or on the gym floor,mats without the coach approval.

Ø Parents may wait outside the hall in the entrance area.

Ø The class runs 55 minutes OR 45 minutes.

Ø If your child is expected to be away longer than 2 weeks ,please let the coach know.

Ø These classes are not designed for kids with special needs. Parents have to let us know if their child has a disability . Please be aware that we are not qualified to hold classes with kids that have special needs.However depending of the situation we are happy to accept them provided you are leeting us know to make sure they are looked after properly and mainly for their safety. We are not responsible if they get injured because of their health state if the club was not notified.

Ø CHILDREN should arrive 2 minutes before the start of training .It is particularly upsetting for the others children to arive after have started . All KIDS should attend and take part in the warm up.It is an essential part of the training that helps the prevention of injury.Please do not drop off your own or other children early to watch classes unattended.Mona FIT KID Club cannot be responsible for these children until they enter the gym.

Ø Please ensure you are punctual collecting your children and remind them that they must wait in the building until collected.

Ø Please advise the Club of any change of circumstances ,i.e. medical, change of address and particularly mobile phone nr.

Ø All lost property will be cleared at the end of each term.

Ø Please ensure your children has all their belongings before they go home.

Ø The Head Coach has the authority to refuse or expel anyone without refund for breach of terms and conditions.

Ø Our club is closed on Bank Holidays and schools holidays except on the mid term because the schools have holidays at different times.During Easter and summer hlidays we will run camps.

RESPONSIBILITY:

Ø FITNESS CLASSES and other activities offered at Mona FIT KID Club may involve a certain element of risk, wich may result in bodily injury to the participant.They are prohibited from doing any form of exercise without the coach permission.

Ø THIS DISCIPLINE also requires the Coach to perform some manual spotting which involves direct physical contact and which is designed to assist the participant in the safe performance of the program skills.Coaches are not responsible for the children before and after the class:please make sure that your child is being dropped off and picked up in time.A child who is late maybe refused access to class because they can get injured if they miss the warm up or if the coach is doing the warm up with them the other kids will be neglected.

Ø Please instruct your kids to use the toilet and have a drink before the class starts and on their break provided and not throughout the class.

Ø Children must to pay attention to the teacher at all times to make sure that the class run smoothly and they get the best out of fit.

Ø Parents have to make sure the kids make the difference between muscle pain and injury.If they get injured we will call you straight away, otherwise they will be asked to sit on the bench until the end of the class.

Ø Kids might be moved to an advance class if they are disciplined and suitable for the next level.

Ø Mona FIT KID Club is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

 

 

MOBILE PHONES AND FLASH CAMERAS IN THE GYM:

Ø No cell phones or flash cameras allowed in the gym at all times.Use of video cameras must be preapproved by MONA FIT KID Club prior to use because some parents do not agree with it. However at the end of the year we will have a demonstration where kids will be photographed and recorded.If any parents do not agree with this please inform the coach.This may be resulting in your child missing some activities held in the club.

Our premises have CCTV CAMERAS in operation to support workplace safety management and aiding in the prevention and detection of crime and for the safety of our children . The usage of the CCTV sistem is in light of the obligations imposed by data protection legislation on data controlers and implemented in accordance with the principles of data protection. Therefore we will use them if need it.

By registering your child it means that you agree with all of the above.

 SATISFACTION GUARANTEED/REFUND AND CREDIT POLICY:

Ø Please notify us straight away if your child has any health issues. Mona FIT KID Club will give a refund only if a medical note is provided from the doctor.Credit are valid for the current term only! They can only be issued for special circumstances and only if they are given prior to the end of the session for wich it is claimed. Credit notes will be given out or mailed to the member and not kept on record by Mona FIT KID Club. Credits can only be valid with presentation of the credit note. For both credits or refunds Mona FT KID Club reserves the right to make exceptions on a case–by-case basis

 

PAYMENT METHODS:

Ø Members with outstanding accounts may be refused access to the gym.

Ø Registration in one session does not automatically carry over the next session.Members must re-register for each term:there is no automatic carry-over.

PHOTO RELEASE:                                       

Ø I hereby grant to the Mona FIT KID Club ,its employees,agents and assigns,the right to photograph my dependent/s participating in fitness classes and use the photo an/ or other digital reproduction of him/her or other reproduction for publication processes,whether electronic,print,digital or electronic publishing via the internet.                                                             


SCHEDULE CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS:

Ø All schedule are subject to change without prior notice ,depending on staff availability,weather,hall availability and other considerations.Every effort is made to notify the members when changes are made.Please read the notices posted on the website ,e mail or Facebook for all current scheduling details.

Ø The coach expect all the above requirements to be meet at all the classes and the coach will take no responsability if those important notices are breached.All this safety measures are in place to prevent accidents and injuries.
